Supporting the definition, organization, and documentation of internal processes **Position:** Quality Technician **Location:** Vista Alegre Industrial Zone, Albergaria\-a\-Velha, Aveiro **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM SPX \- Fastening Solutions is seeking a Quality Technician to join our team, playing an active role in process organization and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure quality control of incoming goods and outgoing shipments to customers * Monitor material storage conditions, ensuring they are maintained in appropriate environments to preserve integrity and functionality * Control product expiry dates and ensure batch traceability as required by internal and regulatory standards * Manage and maintain up-to-date technical documentation related to new product development and specifications * Analyze and respond to customer complaints, as well as communicate and record supplier complaints * Support the definition, organization, and documentation of internal processes * Identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes **Requirements:** * Higher education degree in Quality, Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields * Prior experience in quality-related roles, preferably in the distribution sector (non-eliminatory factor) * Familiarity with fasteners and tools; knowledge of applicable quality standards (non-eliminatory factor) * Critical analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong organizational and documentation rigor * Proactive profile with ability to work autonomously **What We Offer:** * Salary commensurate with demonstrated experience * Opportunity to work for a solid and growing company.
