Responsibilities: - Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery, ensuring their proper functioning and final product quality; - Perform adjustments and minor preventive maintenance on equipment according to established procedures; - Monitor process parameters, record data, and report any anomalies; - Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental standards across all operations; Requirements: - Educational qualification equivalent to completion of 12th grade or equivalent; - Proven prior experience in an industrial environment or similar roles; - Availability to work rotating shifts; - Basic user-level computer skills; Offer: - Indefinite-term employment contract; - Base salary: €925 + Meal allowance: €9.80 + Shift allowance: 25%; - Rotating shift work schedule. - Continuous training and professional development opportunities.
