Opportunity for those who enjoy sales and customer service **Job Description** The **Ricami Veronica**, a retail and embroidery store, is looking for a Store Assistant to join its sales team on a part-time basis. The store is located at Rua Ferreira Borges 153, in a high-traffic tourist area in the center of Coimbra. The employee will be responsible for customer service and promoting the store’s products, ensuring a positive experience for visitors. **Main Responsibilities:** * In-store customer service * Product presentation, promotion, and sales * Support in daily store operations No prior embroidery experience is required. The company provides initial training on store products and processes. **Desired Profile:** * Strong communication skills * Positive attitude when serving the public * Ability to work effectively in a team * Proficiency in Portuguese and, preferably, in at least one foreign language (as most customers are tourists) * Prior experience in retail or interaction with tourists is an advantage but not mandatory **Terms and Conditions:** * Fixed-term contract (6 months) * Weekly working hours between 10 and 30 * Flexible schedule, including weekdays and weekends * Hourly wage between €5.30 and €6.00 **English speakers are welcome to apply.** Our shop is located in a busy tourist area in the center of Porto.
