Positive team-oriented work environment Ricami Veronica, a retail and embroidery store, is seeking a Store Assistant to join its full-time (40 hours per week) sales team. The store is located on Rua Ferreira Borges in Coimbra, in a high-traffic area in the city center. The employee will be responsible for customer service and promoting the store’s products, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Main Responsibilities: * In-store customer service * Product presentation, promotion, and sales * Support in daily store operations No embroidery experience is required. The company provides initial training on store products and processes. Desired Profile: * Strong communication skills * Positive attitude in public-facing roles * Ability to work effectively in a team * Proficiency in Portuguese and, preferably, at least one foreign language (as most customers are tourists) * Prior retail experience or interaction with tourists is advantageous but not mandatory Terms: * Fixed-term contract (6 months) * Weekly working hours: 40 (8 hours per day) * Rotating schedule, including weekdays and weekends * Remuneration commensurate with the role and demonstrated experience
