They will be responsible for managing and implementing laboratory and bioinformatic workflows, ensuring best practices in reproducibility, documentation, and management of environmental and multi-omic data, and will contribute to the development of advanced methodologies (statistics, metagenomic/transcriptomic pipelines, multi-scale integration, and soil monitoring via eDNA/eRNA). They will play an active role in coordinating across teams and disciplines (soil ecology, modeling, data science, and environmental genomics), in mentoring/co-supervising students, and in producing scientific and outreach outputs (digital content, accessible technical reports, data visualizations, educational resources, and publications).
