Engage in test and defect management with project stakeholders **Description:** ---------------- Noesis is looking for professionals whith the following profile: **Main Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Creating test cases based on requirements and design documents; * Performing manual testing of software applications; * Identifying bugs/defects and reporting it on an appropriate tool; * Creating detailed bug reports with screenshots, step\-by\-step explanations, to reproduce the problem; * Use of test and defect management tools; * Participating in meetings when necessary; * Comply with the project standards on testing policies, criteria, strategy and procedure; * Communicate effectively with the project stakeholders; * Escalate work issues to the appropriate levels. **Profile:** * Degree in computer science or similar; * At least 6 months of professional experience in similar functions; * Experience and autonomy in design, planning and execution of functional testing; * Experience in test management tools, defect management tools and reporting; * Good communication, planning and organization skills; * Good English communication skills, both written and spoken; **Nice\-to\-have:** * ISTQB Foundation Certification; * Experience with Regression and Integration Testing; * SQL Knowledge; * Familiarity with Agile methodologies; * Capacity for initiative, dynamism and proactivity. **Location:** Coimbra.
