We have multiple developments underway, a strong market presence, and a clear ambition: to elevate how real estate is communicated in Portugal. We are now looking for a creative, dynamic, and forward-thinking individual to join our team and support the brand’s day-to-day activities on the ground. The goal is to find someone who does not merely produce "posts", but who can strategically think through communication, create original content from scratch, and execute all creative and operational components. We seek someone with creative vision, aesthetic sensitivity, and initiative to transform construction projects, architecture, design, and lifestyle into distinctive content. **Responsibilities:** \- Full management of social media channels; \- Monthly content planning and editorial calendar development; \- Generation of creative ideas for content, campaigns, and activations; \- Image and video capture (on-site/event filming); \- On-site project monitoring and documentation of development progress; \- Editing of short videos, reels, stories, and dynamic content; \- Copywriting for publications, campaigns, and online communication; \- Organization and coverage of brand events; \- Monitoring of digital trends and adaptation to brand positioning; \- Production of blog posts, news items, and institutional communications; \- Close collaboration with company leadership and marketing teams. Profile we seek: \- Passion for social media management and content creation; \- Strong filming ability and in-depth knowledge of photography and video; \- Aesthetic sensibility and creativity; \- Organizational and execution capabilities; \- Ability to translate ideas into engaging content; \- Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe, Meta Business Suite, and similar platforms; \- Proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented mindset. **We value:** \- Portfolio or examples of previous work; \- Immediate availability; \- Knowledge of photography and video production.
