This position will support the Technical Assistance Service in Back Office tasks, offering technical advice on products to internal and external customers, managing technical documentation and performing after\-sales tasks. **Your tasks:** * Provide technical advice by phone and email to end consumers, distributors, installers and all types of professionals in the sector; * The advice will be pre\-sales, during the installation of the products and post\-sales; * When necessary, coordinate external Technical Services to perform repair or maintenance interventions to customers who need it; * Management of the technical documentation of the After Sales Department; * Other tasks related to the management and operation of the Technical Assistance Service. **Your profile:** * University degree in Engineering or Superior/Middle Cycle Training; * Person with spirit of service, patient, good treatment, tidy, curious, eager to learn and proactive; * Experience in customer service and dealing with all types of interlocutors is highly valued; * Team work and autonomous work; * Proficient in office automation tools; * Valuable: English language.
