Financial documentation management and administrative support **Offer Code:**OE202607/0694 **Offer Type:**Standard Competitive Procedure **Status:**Active **Organizational Level:**Others **Agency/Service:**Association of Municipalities of Terras de Santa Maria **Employment Contract:**Fixed-term Public Employment Contract (CTFP) **Duration:**12 months **Work Regime:**General Careers **Career:**Senior Technician **Category:**Senior Technician **Complexity Level:**3 **Remuneration:**1\.499,15€ **Monthly Supplement:**0,00 EUR **Job Description:**Perform duties as established in the 2026 Staffing Plan and those inherent to the General Career, Senior Technician category, Complexity Level 3, described in the Annex referred to in Article 88\.º, No. 2 of the LTFP, namely: perform consultative, analytical, planning, programming, evaluation, and application of technical and/or scientific methods and processes that underpin and prepare decision-making; independently or collaboratively draft opinions and projects of varying complexity, and carry out other general or specialized support activities within the common, instrumental, and operational areas of activity of agencies and services; perform duties with technical responsibility and autonomy, even under qualified higher-level supervision; perform consultative functions involving analysis, planning, programming, evaluation, and application of technical and/or scientific methods and processes that underpin and prepare decision-making; independently or collaboratively draft opinions and projects of varying complexity, and carry out other general or specialized support activities within the common, instrumental, and operational areas of activity of agencies and services; perform duties with technical responsibility and autonomy, even under qualified higher-level supervision; represent the agency or service in matters within their area of expertise, making technical decisions aligned with directives or higher-level guidance; register invoices on the SNC\-AP Platform, perform accounting treatment of invoices and financial documents, issue invoices for individual revenues, enter expenses by budget line in PETCARE; control documentation required to process supplier payments and issue payment orders, prepare monthly bank reconciliations; assist in preparing payment requests for various funding applications; manage, organize, and archive financial documentation and support administrative activities of the service.
