Specific description of duties: support the various services of the Social Development and Modernization Unit (UDSM), by assisting in managing projects assigned to this unit, particularly through development, promotion, dissemination, and communication of actions, as well as preparation and processing of applications for funding programs; collaborate in managing CIM-RC's internal and external training, particularly by identifying training needs within the organization and associated municipalities (conducting training needs assessments and planning training activities); organize and structure planned training actions regarding trainers, methodologies, and logistics; monitor training activities, actively contributing to their success, tracking progress, reporting outcomes, and proposing improvements and dissemination of results (including support in producing newsletters, coordinating press office activities, or supporting the organization of events to publicize actions through writing news articles and proposing social media content); ensure financial balance of projects under UDSM’s responsibility by monitoring associated expenses, ensuring timely submission of payment requests, responding to clarifications, and guaranteeing compliance with legal requirements and regulations.
