Job Summary: We are seeking a Metalworker (Assembler/Fit-up) to prepare, adjust, and align metal parts, ensuring quality fit and readiness for welding, based on technical drawings. Key Highlights: 1. Use of cutting, adjustment, and measuring tools We are looking for a Metalworker (Assembler/Fit-up) for an industrial company. You will prepare, adjust, and align metal parts, ensuring quality fit and readiness for welding, based on interpretation of technical drawings. Your Responsibilities - Prepare, adjust, and align metal parts for assembly; - Interpret technical drawings for correct part positioning; - Ensure fit and preparation for welding; - Use cutting, adjustment, and measuring tools; - Verify dimensions and alignments of parts. Requirements - Secondary education (12th grade); - Availability to work various shifts (08:00–16:00, 16:00–00:00, 00:00–08:00); - Ability to work in a team; - Fluent spoken and written Portuguese; - Experience with computer systems relevant to the role. What We Offer - Base salary commensurate with demonstrated experience; - Meal allowance: €7.00 per day, choice between card or salary payment; - Variable production bonuses up to 24% of base salary; - Fixed safety bonus of €100.00; - Shift premiums of 15% to 25%; - Opportunity to work shifts with frequent Saturday work; - Support and close assistance from Clan throughout the application and onboarding process
