Team leadership and supervision in metalworking Manpower is recruiting a Metalworking Foreman (M/F) for direct hiring by a client company specializing in the assembly of metal structures, roofing, and cladding, located in the Central Region. Responsibilities: - Operate various equipment and machinery; - Perform welding tasks; - Read and interpret technical drawings; - Carry out finishing and detailing work; - Manage, coordinate, and supervise a team of 2–3 workers. Requirements: - Proven prior experience in a foreman role; - Solid knowledge of metalworking (metal structures); - Willingness to travel to construction sites nationwide; - Responsibility, organization, and strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
