Join a team driven by purpose, innovation, ethics, and sustainability. **Together, we care better.** **Your Role at Medinfar** As a ***Tech Transfer Artwork Specialist***, you will be responsible for updating, modifying, and creating artworks for products in Tech Transfer, ensuring that the entire process of execution, modification, verification, and validation of artworks and cutting dies is completed within stipulated timelines. You will promote continuous improvement, in compliance with industry standards, at our industrial unit in Condeixa. **How Will You Make a Difference?** * **Creation, updating, and modification of packaging artworks;** * **Preparation and management of cutting dies** and the technical specifications required to execute the artworks; * **Technical validation of the final artwork** for printing/production; * **Coordination and communication** with clients and suppliers to align requirements and ensure final artwork delivery within established deadlines; * **Proof review** and management of the approval cycle. **What We Are Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field; * Prior experience in managing/creating/modifying *artworks*, ideally with exposure to printing companies and approval cycles; * Proficiency in design software; * Knowledge of GMP requirements and change traceability is valued; * Desired skills: Attention to detail, organization, prioritization/time management, stakeholder communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, strong teamwork ability, and proactivity; * Fluent English (mandatory); * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook), especially for tracking and reporting. **Why Medinfar?** Because here you’ll find more than just a professional challenge.
