Job Summary: We are seeking an Environment and Safety Technician to work in the Integrated Management System department, focusing on the implementation and maintenance of safety and environmental standards. Participation in the development of new products and processes We are selecting an Environment and Safety Technician for the Integrated Management System department. **Requirements:** * Professional qualification as a Senior Occupational Safety Technician (mandatory); * Higher education or technical training in Environment and Occupational Safety, Occupational Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (preferred); * Minimum of 2 years' professional experience in a productive industrial environment; * Solid knowledge of environmental and occupational safety legislation; * Experience conducting risk assessments and accident investigations; * Knowledge of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards (preferred); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; * Technical English knowledge (an asset). **Responsibilities:** * Identify, plan, and implement legal environmental and safety requirements; * Identify environmental aspects and hazards, assess their associated risks, define measures, communicate them, and monitor their implementation; * Develop and implement the monitoring and measurement plan for environmental aspects and occupational risks; * Participate in employee consultations and promote their involvement; * Prepare external communications regarding environment and safety; * Manage incidents, non-conformities, and corrective actions; * Update SGI documentation (environment and safety); * Participate in the planning, design, implementation, and development of new products, processes, equipment, and infrastructure; * Define training needs in environment and safety, deliver training, and evaluate its effectiveness; * Implement Self-Protection Measures; * Support internal and external inspections and audits; * Support the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of Management Systems according to ISO 14001 and 45001\. **Work Location:** Serpins, Lousã. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m\.
