Initial and Continuous Training Job Posting: Commercial Delegate for the Central Region MED TRUST Portugal, part of the Austrian multinational MED TRUST, is a company that markets WELLION® health products. We are looking for a Commercial Delegate to strengthen our team and perform duties in the Central Region, where main responsibilities will include promoting and selling our products in hospitals, pharmacies, and other outlets. Responsibilities: In this role, we offer the opportunity to assume essential responsibilities for your career progression, such as: * Detailing and promoting the WELLION® portfolio according to the cycle plan priorities. * Planning and organizing workdays to implement a visit schedule to various stakeholders. * Creating synergies to improve promotion of WELLION® products. * Participating in congresses, seminars, and other events. Candidate Profile: For this position, we seek a professional with the competencies required to achieve our objectives: * Residence in the Central Region (Coimbra; Aveiro; Viseu; Guarda); * Commercial experience in the Pharmacy channel (preferred); * Planning and organization; * Developing action plans based on commercial and marketing strategies; * Preparing daily reports on commercial activities performed; * Ability to build relationships; * Excellent communication and negotiation skills; * Customer-oriented focus; * Goal-oriented; * Teamwork; * Flexible thinking; * English language proficiency is valued; * Immediate availability.
