Education and Experience: · Electricity (Elimination Criterion): Solid knowledge of low-voltage electricity (electrical panels, lighting, motor power circuits) and diagnostic capability. · General Maintenance: Proficiency in versatile conservation tasks (plumbing repairs, light metalwork, air conditioning, or finishing works). · Technical Drawing Reading: Ability to interpret electrical schematics and infrastructure layout plans. · Education: Technical-Professional Course (Level 4) in Electrical Installations, Building Maintenance, or related fields. Responsibilities: · Conduct periodic inspections of electrical installations and water/sewage networks. · Maintain lighting systems and support climate control infrastructure. · Perform minor carpentry, painting, or metalwork repairs necessary for building preservation. Working Hours: * 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week.
