Problem-solving ability and autonomy Recruitment – Financial Manager Albano Morgado, S.A. is currently recruiting a Financial Manager to join its team. **Main Responsibilities:** Organizing, classifying, and posting accounting documents Preparing financial statements Complying with tax obligations (VAT, IRC, withholding taxes, among others) Bank reconciliations and account control Preparing monthly and annual closings Preparing INE reporting obligations Treasury management and liaison with banking institutions Other duties inherent to the profession **✅ Desired Profile:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or a related field Active registration with the Order of Certified Accountants (mandatory) Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar roles Strong knowledge of Portuguese tax legislation Good understanding of import and export procedures for goods Proficiency in English Proficiency in computer tools (Excel and accounting software) Behavioral Competencies (Soft Skills) * Problem-solving ability; * Organization and sense of responsibility; * Adaptability; * Strong communication and teamwork skills; * Analytical and critical thinking; * Rigor and autonomy.
