Responsibilities: * Make outbound telephone calls to potential clients to present and sell insurance products. * Manage client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery. * Identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions. * Achieve company-defined sales and call volume targets. * Accurately and efficiently record information in the CRM system. Requirements: * Prior sales experience, preferably in a call center setting. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Proactivity and strong results orientation. * Basic user-level computer literacy.
