We are looking for a visionary Civil Engineer to join our technical team, focusing on the development and supervision of prefabricated concrete structures and modular housing. If you want to move beyond conventional construction sites and step into the world of **Construction 4.0**, this challenge is for you! Your Responsibilities: * **Project Management:** Technical coordination of the production of prefabricated concrete elements. * **Innovation and R&D:** Support in developing new modular systems and integration with 3D printing technology. * **Calculation and Optimization:** Structural analysis and optimization of material consumption (sustainable by-products). * **Quality Control:** Ensuring the highest standards of strength and finish (sensorization and monitoring). * **On-Site Supervision:** Oversight of module assembly and interface with the end client. Our Ideal Candidate: * Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering. * Experience (or strong interest) in **concrete prefabrication**. * Proficiency in CAD/BIM tools (knowledge of 3D modeling software is a plus). * Solution-oriented mindset and focus on **construction industrialization**. * Leadership ability and capacity to organize production teams.
