Job stability and opportunities for professional advancement Role: The Category 1 Reinforcement Steel Fixer is responsible for interpreting technical drawings and structural schematics, and accurately planning and executing the cutting, bending, and assembly of reinforced concrete reinforcement cages. Coordinates tasks, ensures adherence to deadlines, and guarantees execution quality at the construction site or worksite. Responsibilities: • Reading and interpretation of structural design documents (not mandatory) • Autonomous execution of complex reinforcement cages; • Planning and organization of on-site work; • Verification of compliance of assembled reinforcement cages; • Collaboration with site supervisors and engineers in project management; • Support for Category 2 steel fixers and new team members.
