Job Summary: Beatriz Godinho Health Group is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Technician or Nurse for sample collection, sample organization and handling, and patient service, while supporting quality management and administrative tasks. Compensation conditions commensurate with the role and experience Beatriz Godinho Health Group is currently expanding its team and seeking a Clinical Laboratory Technician or Nurse for the Carapinheira area. Main Responsibilities: – Perform biological sample collections; – Organize, package, and dispatch samples to the Central Laboratory; – Ensure professional and empathetic in-person and telephone customer service; – Manage and control inventory stocks; – Support activities related to the Quality Management System, particularly under ISO 9001 and other applicable requirements; – Comply with technical and quality procedures; – Carry out administrative tasks inherent to the role and ensure maintenance and organization of the workstation. Required Profile: – Higher education qualification in Clinical Laboratory Science, Nursing, or equivalent field / Master’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or related discipline; – Valid registration with the respective Professional Order (where applicable); – Driver’s license and personal vehicle; – Flexible availability (Monday to Saturday – part-time); – High sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and professional rigor; – Strong communication skills, patient-oriented approach, and ability to manage conflict situations; – Professional experience in Clinical Laboratory Science (preferred).
