Your Responsibilities Develop environmental management and energy efficiency studies/projects Optimize energy and water consumption Collect and process laboratory effluent data and support neutralization/recycling measures Promote energy certification and indoor air quality audits Raise environmental awareness across the university community Support procurement of environmental goods/services Support UC’s Waste Prevention and Management Regulation Maintain the cadastral database of infrastructure, equipment, and contracts Monitor Legionella, radon, fluorinated gases, and pest control Support urban waste, sustainable mobility, and climate change projects What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering **Competencies:** public service orientation, collaboration, adaptability to change and innovation, results-driven mindset, critical analysis, and problem-solving skills General requirements under the LTFP (must be over 18 years old, possess integrity, physical/mental fitness, mandatory vaccination, etc.) Employment Type and Conditions Temporary contract under the LTFP (indefinite-term resolution) **Career/Category:** Senior Technician (complexity level 3) **Remuneration:** 1st position in the Senior Technician career, Level 16 of the TRU **Monthly supplement:** €0.00 Location and Vacancies 1 position **Location:** University of Coimbra — Paço das Escolas, Coimbra Application
