Contract start in September Rotating shift work **Competencies:** · Analytical ability · Stress management capability · Factory experience, particularly in process activities and team leadership · Office software knowledge · Industrial maintenance knowledge · Proactivity · Willingness to learn · Responsibility · Chemistry knowledge is valued · Minimum education level: 12th grade · Forklift operator training · Availability for shift work **Tasks to perform:** · Supervise and execute tasks related to processing; · Meet production parameters according to work instructions; · Ensure facilities and equipment are in good condition; · Monitor and manage the *stock* of materials used in processing; · Record daily production in the management software, documenting all relevant events occurring during the shift; · Ensure appropriate hygiene, safety, and organization levels for equipment; · Supervise and support processing operators; · Promote team spirit and collaborative work to achieve common objectives.
