With a strong commitment to innovation, automation, and continuous improvement, the company seeks to strengthen its Process Engineering team in the Aveiro region. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Evaluate and implement advanced technological solutions supporting the modernization of production lines; * Coordinate process optimization projects, ensuring gains in efficiency, stability, and quality; * Plan and ensure the industrialization of new products, from technical validation to integration into production; * Analyze production flows, identify improvement opportunities, and define structured evolution actions; * Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Development teams in implementing technical solutions; * Contribute to defining process procedures and to the continuous improvement of operations; * Monitor performance indicators and support decision-making through technical analyses and operational data. ### **Profile** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field; * Minimum 4 years of experience in an industrial environment; * Experience in industrialization projects and introduction of new products; * Experience coordinating activities across diverse teams and technical departments; * Strong analytical, organizational, and continuous improvement orientation; * Residence within the Aveiro district. ### **Offer** * Join a solid, innovative company with strong international presence; * Participate in strategic projects for industrial modernization and optimization; * Opportunities for professional development and career progression; * A collaborative work environment focused on innovation and operational excellence.
