Job Summary: PRIO SUPPLY is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician (m/f) to support equipment and vehicle maintenance while ensuring compliance with HSST standards. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate in the maintenance of Prio's equipment and vehicles 2. Ensure compliance with HSST and Accident Prevention rules 3. Propose improvement suggestions regarding Maintenance and HSST PRIO SUPPLY, a Portuguese-owned energy company, is currently recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Technician (m/f). **Main Responsibilities:** * Collaborate on-site in implementing maintenance actions for installed equipment as well as for Prio's vehicles, in accordance with guidelines issued by the Operations and Maintenance Directorate or by the PGPL; * Operate the company's support vehicle (Manitou); * Ensure compliance with HSST and Major Accident Prevention rules; * Correctly use the provided PPE appropriate for company activities; * Correctly use collective protective equipment (CPE); * Attend training and awareness sessions promoted by the company to acquire and maintain up-to-date knowledge on HSST, Major Accident Prevention, Maintenance, and applicable legislation; * Participate in recording accidents and incidents (RAI), collecting witness statements, and proposing corrective actions; * Fulfill the role assigned in the Emergency Intervention Plan (PEI); * Propose improvement suggestions to management, based on field experience, regarding Maintenance, HSST, and Major Accident Prevention. **Profile Requirements:** * Minimum 9th grade education; * Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance of industrial equipment; * Experience in metalworking and welding; * Experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; * Professional training in HSST, Environment, and Quality—preferred; * Training in operating equipment (Forklift and Manitou)—preferred; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Strong communication skills; * Balanced and resilient profile; * Strong organizational ability and sense of responsibility; * Proactivity and autonomous problem-solving orientation; * Valid driver's license.
