Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to operate and program CNC machining centers, interpret technical drawings, and ensure part quality. Key Highlights: 1. Integration into a reputable company ### **Company** Serlima Target is the business unit of Grupo Serlima specializing in Recruitment & Selection and Temporary Work solutions. We are recruiting a CNC Machinist (M/F) for our client company located in the Águeda area. ### **Description** • Operate and program CNC machining centers with Heidenhain and Fanuc controls; • Fine-tune machining parameters and optimize machining cycles; • Interpret technical drawings and manufacturing plans; • Ensure dimensional control and quality of produced parts; • Perform minor machine maintenance and adjustments. ### **Requirements** • Proven experience in CNC machining (minimum 1 year); • Proficiency in Heidenhain and Fanuc programming languages; • Solid knowledge of technical drawing interpretation and metrology; • Ability to work autonomously and rigorously; • Sense of responsibility, organization, and teamwork; • Availability to work rotating shifts (preferred). ### **Offer** • Direct contract with the client company; • Daytime working hours from Monday to Friday; • Integration into a reputable company.
