With **15 years of experience**, a network of **12 stores**, and an ongoing expansion plan, we distinguish ourselves through transparency, professionalism, and personalized service to our customers. **We are hiring a Store Manager for our Coimbra store**, located at **Rua da Sofia, n.º 175\-A, R/C Esq., 3000\-391 Coimbra**. If you seek a professional challenge within a growing company offering continuous training, stability, and advancement opportunities, please submit your application and join the MetalPro team. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure smooth store operations and deliver excellent customer service; * Accurately assess gold items and other precious metals, providing transparent and competitive purchase offers; * Conduct negotiations professionally, ethically, and with customer satisfaction as the priority; * Manage customer appointments, track quotations, and ensure daily store operations run smoothly; * Adhere to internal procedures, ensuring store organization, security, and resource management. **Required Profile** * Minimum secondary education (12th grade); * 2–3 years’ experience in customer service and/or sales; * Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills; * Active listening and results orientation; * Organized mindset, proactive attitude, and strong sense of responsibility; * Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities; * Basic user-level computer skills; * Professional appearance and conduct; * Experience in gold or precious metals trading is valued but **not mandatory**. **What We Offer** * Permanent employment contract; * Base salary commensurate with experience and current legislation; * Meal allowance; * Holiday and Christmas allowances paid monthly; * Initial and ongoing training; * Integration into a solid, stable, and growing company.
