Opportunities for continuous professional development #### **About the Continuous Improvement Industrial Engineer Role** Our client company is strengthening its team with a: Continuous Improvement Industrial Engineer: **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor, analyze, and optimize process efficiency in production areas; * Ensure technical validation and/or approval of developed projects; * Develop and intervene in equipment with pneumatic, mechanical, and electronic components; * Program 3-, 4-, and 6-axis industrial robots (preferably Kuka and Omron); * Program industrial PLCs (preferably Omron); * Develop project plans, ensuring follow-up and execution of defined action plans. ### **Requirements** **Desired Profile:** * Higher education degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; * Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in mechatronics (intermediate level); * Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical design of production lines and/or industrial equipment (preferred); * Intermediate knowledge of CAD tools, specifically Creo Parametric or SolidWorks; * Strong technical drawing skills; * Intermediate knowledge of machine safety systems; * Knowledge of raw materials used in equipment construction; * Analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and orientation toward continuous improvement; * Strong planning, organizational, and teamwork skills. ### **Benefits** **Offered:** * Integration into a solid and growing company; * Participation in challenging and innovative projects; * Opportunities for continuous professional development
