Career progression in the field of industrial maintenance Ditame is currently conducting the candidate selection process for the Industrial Maintenance Technician Training Course (m/f), promoted jointly by IEFP – Institute for Employment and Professional Training and The Navigator Company, for the Aveiro region.   Industrial Maintenance Technician Training Course (m/f) Aveiro IEFP | The Navigator Company   This is a funded professional training opportunity aimed at candidates with prior maintenance work experience or vocational training at level 4 or CTeSP, who wish to develop technical competencies in Industrial Maintenance, with potential integration into a leading company in the pulp and paper sector. This course represents a genuine upskilling opportunity, offering the possibility to join a leading industry with an employment contract and career development and progression in the field of industrial maintenance. What we offer: Approximately 3 months of theoretical training at IEFP, during daytime hours. Approximately 4 months of practical on-the-job training at The Navigator Company, integrated within maintenance teams. A 1-year employment contract with remuneration commensurate with the role performed. A professional certificate issued by IEFP. Trainees will develop technical competencies in: Maintenance of industrial equipment for pulp and paper production. Strict application of occupational health and safety standards. Execution of maintenance interventions in demanding and structured industrial environments. Requirements: Vocational training at level 4 or CTeSP in the maintenance field. Minimum educational qualification: Completed 12th grade (recognized in Portugal). Active registration with IEFP prior to course commencement.
