Job Summary:
SUCH is recruiting a Mechanical/Electromechanical Engineer to coordinate technical teams, manage maintenance of equipment and infrastructure, and ensure operational efficiency in the healthcare sector.

SUCH – Shared Hospital Services, a large-scale organization delivering services in the healthcare sector, is currently recruiting:
Mechanical/Electromechanical Engineer (M/F) – Coimbra
Main Responsibilities:
\- Coordinate and lead technical teams in the field of mechanical/electromechanical engineering;
\- Ensure the proper functioning and reliability of equipment and infrastructure, guaranteeing high levels of operational performance;
\- Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities;
\- Manage technical interventions, promoting rapid fault resolution and resource optimization;
\- Ensure compliance with defined service levels;
\- Monitor resources and contribute to operational efficiency;
\- Prepare technical reports and track performance indicators;
\- Collaborate in the preparation/analysis of specifications, proposals, and budgets;
\- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and technical best practice standards.
Requirements:
\- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering;
\- Ability to communicate technical knowledge clearly;
\- Strong aptitude for team coordination;
\- Initiative and proactivity;
\- Methodical approach, organizational skills, and strong sense of responsibility;
\- Availability and flexibility;
\- Good written and verbal communication skills;
\- Strong analytical skills for data, situations, and problems, with ability to identify quick and effective solutions;
\- Proficiency in user-level computer applications.
