Workplace: **Avisabor (Pardilhó, Estarreja)** **Responsibilities:** * Operational management of teams and training on food hygiene best practice procedures; * Definition and updating of sanitation plans for facilities and equipment; * Continuous verification of the effectiveness of sanitation operations; * Management of maintenance and use of hygiene equipment and materials; * Monitoring of PPE usage by employees; * Selective waste management; * Ensuring hygiene and facility prerequisite programs of the Food Safety Management System (HACCP); * Implementation of SGI strategies, methodologies, and functions (Quality, Environment, Food Safety, and Occupational Health and Safety). **Profile:** * 12th grade or higher education in Environmental Engineering, Food Engineering, Environmental Health, or related fields; * Interest in environmental hygiene, health, and food safety; * Strong communication and people management skills; * High sense of responsibility; * Excellent communication ability; * Proficiency in end-user computer tools; * Flexible working hours.
