Job Summary: A professional to monitor and improve the efficiency of production processes, developing and intervening on equipment with pneumatic, mechanical, and electronic features. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and improvement of production processes. 2. Development and intervention on mechanical and electronic equipment. 3. Programming of robots and PLCs (Kuka, Omron). RESPONSIBILITIES \& PROFILE * Monitor and improve process efficiency in production areas; * Ensure validation and/or approval of developed projects; * Develop/intervene on equipment featuring pneumatic, mechanical, and electronic characteristics; * Program 3-, 4-, and 6-axis robots (Kuka and Omron preferred) / Program PLCs (Omron preferred); * Develop project plans and follow up on action plans; VALUED COMPETENCIES * Minimum 8 years of professional experience in mechatronics (intermediate level); * Minimum 5 years of professional experience in mechanical design of production lines/equipment; * Intermediate knowledge of CREO Parametric or SolidWorks; * Intermediate knowledge of technical drawing; * Proficiency in English; * Intermediate knowledge of Machine Safety Systems; * Knowledge of raw materials used in equipment manufacturing; Microplásticos offers conditions to provide challenging and evolving projects and careers for individuals with potential who wish to invest in their professional development.
