Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect to develop architectural projects for real estate developments and oversee the licensing process, optimizing solutions and providing technical support during construction. Opportunity for professional advancement A leading company in the civil construction sector, with multiple projects underway in the Figueira da Foz region, seeks to strengthen its team with an **Architect**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Development of architectural projects for real estate developments * Preparation of construction cost estimates/budgets and work quantity schedules * Preparation of preliminary studies, licensing projects, and execution projects * Oversight of the licensing process with competent authorities * Coordination with engineering teams, designers, and site management * Technical support during the construction phase, ensuring compliance with the design * Participation in optimizing architectural solutions, costs, and timelines * Support in defining layouts and finishes for promotion and marketing **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture * Valid registration with the Portuguese Order of Architects (preferred) * Experience in residential and/or real estate development projects (advantageous) * Strong knowledge of urban planning legislation and licensing procedures * Proficiency in software, particularly Office suite and architectural tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) * Ability to work collaboratively, strong organizational skills, and sense of responsibility * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel **We Offer:** * Integration into a solid and growing company * Involvement in ground-up real estate development projects * Competitive remuneration commensurate with demonstrated experience * Opportunity for professional advancement * Collaborative and stable working environment **✅ Applications to:** * Send CV and other relevant documents to email: **recrutamento@globalkiln.com** Employment Type: Full-time Benefits: * Meal voucher/card * Free parking
