Job Summary: SolarTécnica is seeking a Solar Installation Assistant to learn the full scope of solar installation work, supporting all construction phases while ensuring safety. Key Highlights: 1. The position we are opening today is part of that plan: growing with the right people, clear processes, and a strong culture. **What You’ll Do** **You’ll learn the full solar installation trade alongside a Solar Installer Technician. Within 12–18 months, you may be ready to assume greater technical autonomy within the team.** ■ Support the Solar Installer Technician across all construction phases ■ Prepare materials and tools before, during, and after each installation ■ Assist in mounting structures, panels, cabling, and equipment ■ Ensure site cleanliness, organization, and safety ■ Always comply with PPE requirements and working-at-height protocols where applicable ■ Record on-site photos and data using the technical form ■ Learn SolarTécnica’s products, processes, and technical standards at an intensive pace **Who We’re Looking For** We do not require prior identical industry experience — we teach everything needed.
