Building relationships with customers and suppliers Keenfinity is seeking a Senior Manager Project Purchasing to join the team in Ovar, in a role focused on procurement, New Product Introduction, industrialization, and product launch. This position follows a hybrid work model, with 2 days per week in the office. Keenfinity Group develops professional communication and security solutions that connect and protect people and assets. In this role, you will be responsible for leading procurement activities related to NPI, customer quotations, industrialization programs, and product launches at the Ovar site, ensuring cost competitiveness, supply chain readiness, sourcing strategies, and supplier engagement throughout the development and industrialization lifecycle. **Responsibilities:** Lead all procurement activities related to New Product Introduction, industrialization, customer quotations, and product launches; Manage supplier quotations, ensuring timely, accurate, and competitive responses aligned with project requirements; Prepare RFQs, consolidate technical and commercial inputs, validate supplier proposals, and submit complete quotation packages within defined deadlines; Analyze cost structures and assess supplier feasibility to support decision-making and project profitability; Coordinate inputs from engineering, quality, logistics, and finance to ensure quotations reflect the full project scope; Negotiate prices and terms when required, ensuring alignment with cost objectives and customer expectations; Maintain quotation documentation and ensure traceability, compliance, and consistency across all project phases; Ensure effective implementation of sourcing strategies during project execution; Monitor critical supply chain risks and implement contingency plans; Ensure alignment between project milestones and supplier deliverables; Ensure a successful transition from quotation phase to mass production; Establish robust launch processes to ensure material availability, supplier readiness, and cost competitiveness; Identify project risks early and implement mitigation actions to protect customer commitments; Lead, mentor, and develop the Project Purchasing organization; Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, ownership, and excellence in execution; Define clear performance expectations and development plans; Drive continuous improvement of project procurement processes, governance, and tools; Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders; Manage escalations professionally and ensure rapid resolution of critical issues. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related technical field; 10–15 years of experience in similar or related roles within industrial electronics, automotive, electronics manufacturing, or comparable technology-driven industries; Strong knowledge of electronic components, manufacturing technologies, and supply chain dynamics; Minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams, with proven ability to build, guide, and develop high-performance teams; Financial acumen to evaluate business cases and profitability factors; High problem-solving ability and resilience; Strong influence and stakeholder management skills; Commercial mindset balanced with operational excellence; Ownership and accountability for project outcomes, customer commitments, and business objectives; High strategic execution capability, with experience transforming business opportunities into effective procurement and supply chain plans; Sense of urgency and ability to quickly assess challenges, prioritize actions, and drive timely decisions in dynamic project environments. **Offer:** Flexible working conditions; Hybrid work model, with 2 days per week in the office; Health insurance and on-site medical center, including nutrition, psychology, physiotherapy, and general practice; Cafeteria; Free parking; Sports and wellness activities, including gym access; Training opportunities, including technical training, foreign languages, and certifications; Career progression and continuous professional development opportunities; Interaction with colleagues from around the world; Access to discounts through partnerships and products. **Diversity and Inclusion:** All Keenfinity positions are open to persons with disabilities.
