Possibility of permanent employment with the company **Responsibilities:** * Monitoring the production process on production lines to identify potential errors or quality issues; * Performing product quality inspections to ensure compliance with defined characteristics and criteria, and recording the respective results; * Preparing technical quality reports; * Recording and reporting non-conforming product occurrences and/or other quality deviations identified during inspections; * Collaborating in the verification of measurement and quality monitoring devices (metrology); * Collaborating in the handling of non-conformities (NCR); * Collaborating in the definition and implementation of corrective actions and quality process improvements. **Requirements:** * Experience in quality control functions within an industrial environment (preferred); * **Availability for two shifts – 08:00/16:00 and 16:00/00:00 (mandatory)** * Technical or higher education in quality-related fields (preferred); * Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, FSC, and Ecolabel certifications (preferred); * User-oriented perspective; * Attention to detail and analytical rigor; * Sense of responsibility and autonomy; * Valid driver's license; * Residence in the Lousã area or neighboring municipalities (preferred). **We Offer:** * Salary commensurate with proven experience; * Possibility of permanent employment with the company; * Integration into a solid and rapidly expanding company; * Opportunity for professional growth and development.
