Performance-based salary progression About the company: A TVDE operator committed to providing safe and high-quality transportation services, with the objective of delivering excellence. Conditions: - Service provision regime (green receipts); - Flexible hours for both part-time and full-time positions; - Commissions based on targets and objectives (weekly invoicing): Base commission of 40% for the driver and 60% for the company Commission of 45% for the driver and 55% for the company if weekly invoicing is equal to or exceeds €375 Commission of 50% for the driver and 50% for the company if weekly invoicing is equal to or exceeds €750 - Weekly payment every Monday; - 100% of bonuses go to the driver; - All vehicle insurance and maintenance expenses covered by the company; - Opportunity for salary rate progression based on worker performance; - Continuous driver support. Job Description: We are seeking a TVDE driver to work in the Coimbra area on a part-time or full-time basis, at any time during weekdays and weekends.
