Support the manager in administrative and HR tasks Burger King is recruiting a Shift Manager for Coimbra (Largo da Portagem). Selected candidates will perform the following tasks: * All tasks inherent to the full operation of the establishment; * Receiving and inspecting goods and suppliers; * Managing compliance with HACCP standards; * Closing the shift; * Encouraging and motivating the team to achieve objectives; * Monitoring and identifying other areas for improvement in team and store performance; * Supporting the Store Manager in administrative and human resources management tasks We are looking for candidates with: * Experience leading teams and achieving goals; * Decision-making ability and capacity to set priorities; * Strong communication skills and ability to delegate responsibilities; * Enthusiasm for teamwork and customer service; * Responsibility and availability; * Positive attitude and solution-focused mindset.
