A role with direct impact on team growth Human Resources Manager (m/f) Arcada Group, with over 27 years of experience in the market and a continuously expanding national network in Real Estate Brokerage, Credit Intermediation, and Insurance Brokerage, aims to strengthen its structure by integrating a Human Resources Manager. This professional will play a fundamental role in the Group's growth process, primarily responsible for recruiting and selecting teams for new agencies currently in the opening phase. Main Responsibilities * Develop and implement recruitment and selection processes; * Manage job advertisements and screen applications; * Conduct interviews and candidate follow-up; * Support the integration and onboarding of new employees; * Collaborate directly with commercial management and agency coordinators; * Identify strategic profiles to reinforce teams; * Contribute to continuous improvement of Human Resources processes. Required Profile * Experience in recruitment and selection roles; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Organized, dynamic, and proactive profile; * Ability to analyze and assess candidate profiles; * Ability to work effectively in a team and manage priorities; * Knowledge of the real estate sector (preferred); * Immediate or short-term availability.
