Close collaboration with finance teams across different countries #### **(Stellen\-ID: 2465\)** #### **Role description:** To strengthen our finance team in Portugal, we are looking for dedicated and detail\-oriented **Accountant**. In this key role, you will support accounting operations across international entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, efficient payment processes, and compliance with accounting standards. **What can you expect?** * **Financial Statements \& Closing:** Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for international Testo companies, including depreciation, valuation adjustments, accruals, and provisions. * **Payment Processing:** Execute payment runs accurately and on time, ensuring smooth cash flow operations. * **Accounts Receivable Management:** Create and manage dunning runs, supporting effective receivables follow\-up and collection processes. * **Bank \& Account Reconciliation:** Post bank statements and perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial records. * **Invoice Processing \& Compliance:** Review and post incoming invoices, ensuring correctness, completeness, and compliance with internal guidelines and legal requirements. * **Master Data Administration:**Maintain and manage master data, including creation and updates of creditor and debtor accounts as well as banking details. * **Internal Stakeholder Support:**Act as a key contact person for accounting\-related queries from subsidiary companies within the group. #### **What we offer:** * A responsible role in an internationally operating company * Close collaboration with finance teams across different countries * An international working environment with clear structures and short decision\-making paths * Competitive remuneration and attractive benefits #### **Your profile:** * **Education:** Completed vocational training or a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * **Experience:** Proven experience in accounting, ideally within an international or group company environment. * **Technical Know\-how:** Solid knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS and/or local GAAP). Experience with SAP R/3 or S/4HANA (FI/CO modules) is a plus. * **Working Style:** Strong attention to detail, a structured way of working, and the ability to work independently. * **Communication:** Good communication skills and a service\-oriented mindset when interacting with internal stakeholders. * **Languages:** Very good written and spoken Portuguese and English.
