Strong problem-solving ability and continuous improvement **Profile – Spinning Shift Supervisor** We seek a professional with experience and solid knowledge of the spinning process, capable of leading teams and ensuring achievement of production, quality, and efficiency targets. **Main Requirements:** * Experience in textile spinning; * Technical knowledge of spinning processes and equipment; * Leadership profile and team management capability; * Dynamism, proactivity, and sense of responsibility; * Strong ability to resolve production problems; * Quality, productivity, and continuous improvement orientation; * Good communication and organizational skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in a textile industrial environment; * Decision-making ability; * Team spirit and results focus.
