Job Summary: We are seeking a CEO Assistant to manage communications, organize events, support various departments, and coordinate travel, ensuring timely delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibility for corporate travel management We are recruiting a CEO Assistant to work on-site at our headquarters in Vila Nova de Gaia. **WE OFFER:** Permanent employment contract Meal allowance card worth €7.63 per working day Continuous training and personalized mentoring **WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** Fluency in Russian, Portuguese, and English. Experience with computer tools (Excel). Immediate availability or within 30 days. Possession of all required documents to work in Porto. **CHALLENGES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** Communication Management (organizing and\-mails for CEOs, managing communications via WhatsApp and other digital channels, ensuring prompt responses and appropriate routing of requests). Contacting, scheduling meetings, and organizing events with clients, partners, suppliers, and external entities. Supporting the Commercial Directorate, General Coordination, Marketing, and other departments. Ensuring adherence to deadlines set by management. Monitoring campaigns, initiatives, and operational requirements. Responsible for handling travel bookings (hotels, transportation, etc.) for CEOs, employees, and occasionally clients. Preparing information and attending meetings when necessary.
