Laptop comes pre-installed with Windows 10 Home. Includes original charger, sleeve, HP mouse, and Thule protective case. Issues with the Laptop: - Screen displays purple stripes and temporarily freezes after approximately 30 minutes of use (but works perfectly when connected to an external monitor) - Cannot upgrade to Windows 11 (e.g., possible solutions include purchasing Microsoft’s Extended Security Updates service or switching to Linux) - Broken latches on the Thule hard-shell case. Hand-delivery available in the Nova Oeiras/Carcavelos area.
