Work quickly, efficiently, and autonomously under pressure Tasca da Cordoaria (Cordoaria, Porto) \- is looking for an experienced Dining Room Supervisor to join its team. **Job Description:** * Organize and supervise dining room service, ensuring compliance with the company's defined quality standards; * Ensure excellence in customer service, delivering a personalized experience; * Maintain an exceptional level of service at all times; * Help create a welcoming and attractive environment for customers; * Be organized, communicative, and dedicated; * Work quickly, efficiently, and autonomously while maintaining composure, even under pressure; * Ensure compliance with workplace hygiene and safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Excellent communication skills in English will be an advantage; * Minimum experience in the food service industry is a must; * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; * Proactive attitude and strong time management skills; * Flexible, dedicated, and efficient; * Punctuality is highly important; * Ability to work under pressure.
