**Responsibilities**
---------------------
* **PCB Validation \-** Perform functional and electrical tests on high-volume PCBs (with emphasis on pending references), using measurement equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope) and diagnostic tools to ensure compliance.
* **Optical Inspection and Defect Detection \-** Conduct meticulous board screening via optical/digital microscope to identify manufacturing defects.
* **Circuit Diagnosis and Repair \-** Analyze electrical schematics and PCB layouts to locate root causes of failures. Perform manual replacement and repair of damaged components using hot-air stations and high-precision soldering irons.
* **Firmware Programming and Verification \-** Update software/firmware on microcontrollers and validate data integrity through checksum verification, ensuring code remains uncorrupted during the process.
* **Non-Conformance Reporting and Continuous Improvement \-** Document and report recurring failure and defect patterns identified in Manufacturing Orders (MOs), supporting the engineering team in optimizing the assembly process and reducing material waste.
* **Traceability, Serial Number, and Documentation Management \-** Ensure full documentary control and end-to-end traceability of each PCB by rigorously recording all technical validation documentation and corresponding serial number.
**Your Profile**

#### **Minimum Requirements:**
* Completed secondary education (12th grade), preferably in Electronics
* Practical experience in precision soldering (SMD and small-size components)
* Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and PCB schematics
* Fluency in English, spoken and written (Level B or higher)
#### **Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience using checksum validation tools
* Proficiency with diagnostic tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, power supplies)
* Basic knowledge of Excel/ERP for production data logging and component stock control
#### **Behavioral Competencies:**

* Ability to work effectively in a team
