Opportunity for professional development Grupo Incasometal Lda, specialized in metallurgy and industrial maintenance, is recruiting for its manufacturing facilities in Alfena: Position: Mechanical Engineer with Drawing Knowledge (M/F) Responsibilities: * Main responsibilities: * Development and oversight of metalworking projects * Technical support to production and optimization of industrial processes * Planning and monitoring of industrial maintenance activities (preventive and corrective) * Identification of continuous improvement opportunities * Coordination with internal teams and suppliers Required Profile: * Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles; * Proven experience in metalworking projects; * Knowledge of industrial maintenance; * Technical drawing, materials, and processes expertise in the metalworking sector; * Proficiency in CAD tools, SolidWorks and/or equivalent software; * Strong communication and leadership skills; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Good interpersonal skills; * Willingness to travel; * Valid driver's license.
