Position: Geriatric Care Assistant / Direct Action Assistant The professional will provide direct elderly care and household maintenance, including: Clothing care Occasional kitchen assistance on weekends, as needed by the household Schedule Shifts are rotating, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Compensation Between €950 and €1,100 per month, depending on actual working hours. Contract First 3 months on a freelance receipt (recibo verde) After this period, provided everything proceeds smoothly, a formal employment contract will be offered, which may assist in regularization for those not yet legally residing. Documentation Applicants without documentation are accepted, provided they have prior experience in elderly care and genuine willingness to work. Selection Process Interview and pre-selection conducted by telephone Selected candidate performs an in-person test, approximately from 08:30 to 11:00 Location: Água Longa, Santo Tirso, Porto. The test is unpaid, but transportation and meals at the venue are provided. After the test, both parties assess mutual interest; if agreed, the candidate is scheduled into the shift roster.
