The Cloud Support Analyst role is for people who are passionate about helping others. You will communicate with our Cloud Manager and customers in a variety of industries, working with them to resolve any type of issue that arises from using our Doxis software as a service. ### **Porto** **This is how you succeed** --------------------------- * You will run incident resolution and facilitate collaboration with other departments as needed * You will review Doxis Cloud system diagnostics, investigate system performance issues, monitor availability and document issues as appropriate to meet applicable SLAs * You will create scripts for operational automation and incident response * You will work with development teams and professional services to resolve more complex issues * You will deliver and deploy cloud tenants to new customers via public clouds * You will contribute to the SOC2 certification process using industry standard methodologies * You will integrate cloud tenants with the customer’s premises and users via the web **This is what you bring to Doxis** ----------------------------------- * You have a university or BTEC diploma in Information Technology, or in a related technology field or equivalent education * You ideally have experience in software support * You have an interest in the following areas: + Systems administration in Linux/Unix and Windows + Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.) + Experience with some scripting languages such as Shell, Ruby, Python, etc. * Initial experience in the following areas is desirable: + AWS or Azure services + Exposure to security concepts/best practices + Expertise in IPsec, VPN, load balancing, routing protocols, SSH, network monitoring/troubleshooting tools + Experience with disaster recovery concepts and corresponding backup/restore policies * You are passionate about learning about the latest technologies and are willing to be available for on\-call support, including overnight * You enjoy working in a team and communicating in English Stephanie Kniesel Recruiting Doxis **Sie möchten mehr erfahren?** Schreiben Sie uns oder rufen Sie uns an: job@doxis.com Tel.: \+49 228 90896\-0 Doxis ist wie eine große Familie, bietet Flexibilität und zahlreiche Zusatzleistungen sowie eine moderne Büroumgebung mit erstklassiger Ausstattung.
