Role: Salesforce Administrator Location: Porto, Hybrid Required Skills: * Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (5\+ years) with strong operational support background. * Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and core CRM processes (leads, opportunities, accounts). * Expertise in user management, roles, profiles, and permission sets. * Solid experience in data management, including data integrity, validation rules, and Data Loader usage. * Ability to configure and customize Salesforce (objects, fields, page layouts, record types). * Experience creating reports and dashboards to generate business insights. * Knowledge of Salesforce security model and access control (sharing rules, field\-level security). * Experience with automation tools such as Flows and Process Builder. * Ability to support users, troubleshoot issues, and manage system changes and releases.
