About the Role We are seeking an AI Engineer to collaborate with cross-functional teams in identifying business needs and developing AI-based solutions—from proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to minimum viable products (MVPs). This role focuses on designing, validating, and scaling machine learning solutions that deliver real business value through iterative development and stakeholder collaboration. Key Responsibilities * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and opportunities for AI solutions. * Design and develop proof-of-concepts (PoCs) using machine learning and deep learning techniques to validate feasibility and impact. * Evaluate PoC performance considering accuracy, scalability, and computational efficiency. * Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback, iterate on PoCs, and address specific business challenges. * Analyze PoC results to identify concepts with the highest business value. * Transform successful PoCs into MVPs, collaborating with software engineers and data scientists for production deployment. * Optimize and fine-tune AI models to meet performance requirements and business objectives. * Conduct thorough testing and validation of MVPs to ensure reliability, stability, and usability in real-world scenarios. * Integrate AI capabilities into existing systems or develop new AI-powered applications alongside product teams. * Stay current with industry AI trends and best practices to drive innovation in PoCs/MVPs. * Document development processes, methodologies, and outcomes with clear reports and presentations for stakeholders. * Provide technical guidance to junior AI engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning. Requirements * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field. * Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role. * Strong knowledge of LLMs, machine learning, deep learning, algorithms, and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, LangChain). * Proficiency in Python and Java, with experience in data libraries (NumPy, pandas, Matplotlib). * Experience with big data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus. * Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI services. * Strong problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration. * High attention to detail and a proactive, autonomous attitude. * Passion for keeping up with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.
